We are acting for the you (the client) when we advise you on coverage options, help you complete the online application, and when we give information to the insurer with your knowledge and consent. We act for the insurer when we sell you a policy and accept the risk on their behalf. We also act for them when we deliver the policy forms, endorsements, cover notes, and other documents to you, and when we collect premium payments and issue return premium to you.
