Currently the FAA allows flights during both daytime and at night under Part 107. If you plan on flying during non-daylight hours, you'll need to follow current guidelines by the FAA. Your Flight Coverage applies from 12:01 AM to 12:01 AM Local Time at the address of the Named Insured, but keep in mind that for Flight Coverage, you must play by the rules set forth by the FAA or the local governing body where you're flying. Consult your policy's terms and conditions for additional details.
