Check out Section 3 of your policy for those details. The Pilot Warranty clause explains who is a considered a covered operator. This is a commercial insurance policy, and in order for coverage to be applicable, you have to (at a minimum) comply with FAA rules for commercial operation of a drone/UAV, i.e., you must have a Part 107/Remote Pilot Airman Certificate, a 333 Exemption, or be flying on behalf of a government entity with a COA for public UAS aircraft operations.
